I had the most mind-blowing stay at this hotel! The complimentary bottled water in the room was super convenient. And wow, the selection of saunas with plenty of towels, dressing-gowns, and slippers was jaw-dropping. The lift made it so easy to access the pool, sauna, and ski room. Not to mention, the full body massage was absolutely amazing and very professional. The staff, especially Galinda and Maria, were so helpful and went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Maria even helped us with our little one. The pool and sauna were great, although I wish the pool was a little warmer for the kids. Also, the location was so convenient with a bus stop nearby and a short walk to the village. The parking area was good too. The room itself was large and had a comfortable bed and sofa, with plenty of storage. The leisure facilities were top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for an incredible stay!

The ambience and views of the Tyrolean mountains were breathtaking. We had a blast mountain biking on the perfectly marked trails and freeriding down the steep downhill trails. The inclusive services offered at the hotel were luxurious and made us feel like VIPs. The numerous hiking paths starting right at the doorstep provided endless fun and adventure. And the ultimate highlight was the incredible skiing experience at the Stubai Glacier and other nearby ski areas.

The only thing we wished for was more options for young party-going people. It would have been even more fun if there were more nightlife activities and entertainment for teenagers like us.

As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel comfortable with the location. The rooms were spacious and clean with separate toilet. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast and afternoon tea offered a good variety of choices. They offered walking poles, rucksacks and even mountain bikes. Nice little swimming pool in the hotel.

The hotel lacked sufficient soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep properly with noises like traffic and guests moving around.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, patient, and welcoming. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool and sauna. We loved the beautiful views from our balcony and the ease of transportation with a bus stop right outside. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the parking was hassle-free. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

Large and cosy room, sunbathing area and refreshing drinks in the sauna area, fresh and varied rolls for breakfast, very nice and personal staff

Ski room has too few parking possibilities for the skis, lobby is not cosy or inviting as well as the hotel bar, location directly at the entrance/exit of the main street

Conveniently located on the main road with a nearby bus stop. Decent ski cellar and pool facilities. Good breakfast with variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with great views.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent without being obtrusive

Hotel Bergjuwel is conveniently located on the main road and is very close to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. The ski cellar is decent, although we didn't use it ourselves. The pool and sauna facilities are also quite good if you enjoy that as part of your hotel experience. The breakfast served at the hotel is quite good, with enough selection for variety, and they even serve prosecco as part of the buffet, which is a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right at the top of the Elfer lift. It was so convenient to be able to hop on the lift and start skiing right away. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping staff. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The amenities were incredible, with a spa and wellness center, an indoor swimming pool, and even live entertainment. I truly felt pampered during my stay here.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.
